How to Order

1. placing an order

To process your order correctly we need to receive your order by email, phone or fax with the expected delivery date, location and contact details. We kindly request a minimum order turnaround of 3 days if possible.

2. Review of your order by our specialists

At this stage we will review your order for availability of the products and discuss your requirements. We know how important it is to deliver on time, which is why we always discuss the approximate time of delivery. Our butcher and fishmonger will call you directly to discuss your requirements. Your order will be customized to your needs. Products not mentioned in our catalogue are available upon request.

3. packing your order

Your order will be packed and depending on their destination made ready for air or road freight. We take great care in packing your goods for a perfect delivery. We have temperature controlled trucks and polystyrene boxes for chilled and frozen goods to ensure they remain fresh throughout transit. After delivery we will collect the polystyrene boxes to reuse or recycle them. In doing so we want to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

4. delivery

We always call to discuss your experiences and to ensure you are 100% satisfied with all the goods you have received. Your invoices will be emailed directly to your account for settlement within 7 days.
